Our meeting rooms are designed to inspire creativity, nurture productive discussions, and foster a sense of camaraderie among your guests.

Meeting Rooms are perfect for the one who desires to create a podcast, host a conference or workshop, meet privately with a client or simply in need of some heads down focused time.

Members receive room reservations rolled into their membership, and the general public can request to rent these rooms at an hourly rate as well. Meeting rooms can be booked up to 30 days in advance. Just click to book, choose your meeting room, pick your day + time and that’s it!

CONFERENCE ROOM

The Cultivate Conference Room is perfect for meetings with 8-10 people. Whether you're hosting a business meeting or intimate networking session, this beautifully designed space offers an inspiring atmosphere tailored for women entrepreneurs, freelancers, creatives and dreamers.

Equipped with a Smart TV, comfortable seating, and a neutral aesthetic that fosters creativity and focus, Cultivate is more than just a conference room—it’s a launchpad for your next big business breakthrough.

In the center of Mont Belvieu, nestled in a cozy backroom of our coworking space, is the Tell Room — our dedicated space for podcast and audio recordings. You provide the exhilarating content, we provide you with the equipment and all the necessary connections.

Available: Saturday or Sunday, Four Hour Minimum: 10am-2pm or 4pm-8pm

Member Price: $399

Non-Member Price: $499

+ additional cleaning deposit of $160

The event space includes rental of the entire venue, including use of our meeting rooms and wellness room, and can accommodate up to 60 guests for both social and professional events.
