ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
1. Membership Agreement
This Membership Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Her Facility (hereinafter referred to as “The Company”) and the undersigned member (“Member”) on the date of signing. By entering into this Agreement, the Member agrees to a month-to-month membership at Her Facility under the following terms and conditions.
2. Membership Plans and Services
Membership plans includes but is not limited to: The Member will have access to the facilities and services according to their specific membership tier, as outlined on the website. Services include Wi-Fi, printing, meeting room access, and kitchen amenities as applicable to the membership type.
3. Membership Duration and Renewal
3.1 The term of this Agreement is month-to-month, starting from the date selected for your membership to begin and ending following a 30-days' written notice.
3.2 This Agreement automatically renews monthly unless terminated by either party with a 30-days' written notice.
4. Fees and Payment
4.1 Membership fees are due on the first day of the month and must be paid in full by the 5th of each month to maintain access to the coworking space.
4.2 Late payments will incur a late fee of $29, and failure to pay for 20 days may result in suspension of membership privileges until all dues are cleared.
4.3 The Company reserves the right to adjust membership fees with 30 days’ notice to the Member.
5. Termination of Membership
5.1 The Company may terminate this Agreement with immediate effect if the Member violates any terms of this Agreement, misuses the coworking space, or behaves in a manner deemed inappropriate by The Company.
5.2 Upon termination, the Member must vacate the premises and return any keys or access cards within 7 days. The Member will remain responsible for any unpaid dues.
5.3 If the Member wishes to terminate the agreement, a 30-day written notice is required.
6. Code of Conduct
6.1 Members are expected to respect the coworking space, its amenities, and other members.
6.2 Disruptive behavior, misuse of the facilities, or any illegal activities are grounds for immediate termination of this Agreement.
6.3 The Member agrees to comply with all rules, guidelines, and policies as provided by The Company from time to time, including but not limited to health and safety regulations.
7. Liability and Insurance
7.1 The Company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or theft of personal property within the coworking space.
7.2 The Member is encouraged to maintain personal insurance for their belongings and business activities.
7.3 The Company carries its own liability insurance, but this does not cover Members’ personal or business liabilities. The Member assumes all risks related to their use of the coworking space.
8. Privacy and Confidentiality
The Company will take reasonable steps to protect the privacy of Members and ensure that sensitive business information is kept confidential. However, due to the open nature of coworking spaces, The Company cannot guarantee complete privacy, and Members should take precautions to safeguard their confidential information.
9. Access to the Coworking Space
9.1 The Member will have access to the coworking space during regular operating hours:
Monday – Friday 7am - 8pm.
9.2 Unauthorized access outside of designated hours may result in the termination of membership.
10. Amendments
The Company reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, with 30 days' notice provided to the Member. Continued use of the coworking space after such notice constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
11. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Chambers County. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved in the courts of Chamber County.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By using this website, the Member acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to abide by the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
